Rasha respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, why, and how we keep it safe.

What this website collects

This website is a static product showcase. It does not collect, store, or process any personal information about visitors. There are no contact forms, no logins, no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking scripts.

What we collect when you place an order

Orders happen on Instagram by direct message at @rasha.world.rs. To fulfil an order, we collect (in chat):

• Your name
• Shipping address (line 1, line 2, city, state, pincode)
• Phone number for the courier
• Payment confirmation reference once you've paid

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to:

• Confirm and fulfil your order
• Ship your purchase to you
• Respond to questions you send us

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or analytics. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Who we share it with

To run the store, we share specific pieces of your data with these third parties:

• Instagram (Meta) hosts the conversation in which you place your order. Meta's privacy policy applies to that conversation.
• Courier partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, India Post, DTDC) receive your name, address, and phone number to deliver your order.
• Bank or UPI app handles the payment between you and us.

We don't share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for 7 years to comply with Indian tax and accounting requirements. After that, records are deleted.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold on you, or ask us to delete it (subject to the legal retention period above), by messaging us at @rasha.world.rs on Instagram or emailing manvvendra@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
