Refund & Cancellation Policy

Each Rasha notebook is hand-painted by Sonia Balani. No two are alike. Orders are placed and confirmed directly on Instagram (@rasha.world.rs), so payment terms and refund eligibility are agreed in chat at the time of confirmation.
All sales are final
Once an order has been confirmed and paid, it cannot be cancelled or returned for change of mind, since each notebook is unique and prepared specifically for your order.
Damage in transit
If your notebook arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. To qualify:
- Message us on Instagram (@rasha.world.rs) within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order reference and clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging
We'll respond within 24 hours and arrange a replacement (subject to stock) or a full refund.
Wrong item received
If you received a different product than ordered, DM us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange the correct item to be sent and the wrong one to be picked up at no cost to you.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 2 to 5 days to reflect in your account.
Order cancellation before dispatch
If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, message us right away. If we haven't yet started preparing your notebook, we'll cancel and refund in full.
