About Rasha

Rasha is a small art-and-stationery brand operated from Mumbai, India. Each notebook on this site is hand-painted and signed by the artist Sonia Balani.

How orders are placed

This website is a product showcase. Orders are placed by direct message on Instagram at @rasha.world.rs. Sonia confirms availability, shares payment details, and dispatches the notebook once payment is received.

Pricing & currency

Prices on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Final pricing (including any shipping or international charges) is confirmed in the Instagram chat at the time of order. Once an order is confirmed, the price agreed in chat is locked in for that order.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 and have the legal authority to enter into this transaction.

Order acceptance

Your order is confirmed only after Sonia accepts your DM and we receive successful payment. We reserve the right to decline and refund any order if:

Hand-painted goods

Each notebook is unique. Slight variations in colour, brushwork, and texture between the photos and your final notebook are part of the charm of handmade goods, and are not considered defects.

Intellectual property

All artwork, photographs, and copy on this site are the property of Sonia Balani and Rasha, and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, copy, or use them commercially without written permission.

Liability

Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
